Start your meal with a celebratory champagne toast, then indulge in a carefully curated menu. Choose one dish from each course, or opt for a shareable starter.

Course 1: Choose one each or one shared dish.
• Lobster bisque with fennel gremolata
• Spinach salad with grapefruit, avocado, strawberries, goat cheese, and almonds
• Charcuterie board with chef-selected meats and cheeses (shared)
• Baked brie in puff pastry with mixed berries and toasted baguettes (shared)

Course 2: Choose one each.
• Pan-seared sea scallops with celeriac-vanilla purée, forest mushrooms, and crispy pancetta
• Filet mignon with roasted fingerling potatoes, buttery broccolini, and red wine reduction
• Atlantic salmon with roasted beets, pistachios, and dill crème fraiche
• Roasted lamb rack with cherry sauce and cauliflower gratin

Course 3: Choose one each.
• Raspberry Cheesecake
• Chocolate covered strawberries
• Mixed berries with Baileys and cream

1. Booking Fee: The cost for the Romantic 3-course Meal service is $400.
2. Consultation: We’ll start with a consultation to discuss your menu choices, dietary requirements, and any special requests.
3. Meal Preparation: On the scheduled date, I'll arrive at your home to prepare your meal using the freshest ingredients and culinary expertise. I'll also take care of the cleanup, leaving your kitchen spotless.
